  Brianne Taylor I bought my camper from you Aug 2025 this location promised me a replaced awning and cabinet due to manufacture defect I sign the paperwork contingent that this was fixed and then here we are this location doesn’t return my call ghosted me on email. Now I’ve reached out to keystone directly provided them my vin and Avondale location did absolutely nothing to try and get the parts to where Brianne Taylor doesn’t even return the call from keystone to handle this and keystone ended up sending me the parts directly. Worst experience ever don’t even want this camper also got the extra warranties that camping world can’t even honor total waste. Save yourself the hassle and don’t use any camping world!!!!!

  I had an appointment and drove 3 hours to get to Camping World… when I arrived the nice lady at the front said she was expecting us however, our salesman was with another customer and they had this young man step in for him. I was ok with that thinking this man was also a salesman… apparently not, we had tons of questions and he could not answer 1… we never got to drive the RV we came all the way to look at, our questions never got answered and when we asked if someone else could help, we never got anyone… after looking inside we told him thank you and he locked up and left in his golf cart, we were still going through the outside compartments, so we were left with no one… the RV was used and Camping World never bothered to even clean it or fix things like the step going into the RV…. And many other items… the RV has been there for at least a month and never bothered to do anything to it… I did ask what the ribbon on the outside met, and the gentleman said he thought it met it could not be sold on the day someone bought it … really??? Wow and you knew I was driving 3 hours and very interested… no one even tried to sell us the RV…. Hmm you lost a sale .. is this how Camping World is ?

  We went to pick up our 5th wheel after Warranty work and had an issue with the generator switch and a mechanic named Steven came out and fixed it right away so we didn’t have to leave it. Great service. He went above and beyond!

  I'm gonna have to say I'm extremely satisfied with this location Adrian was awesome from the beginning he wasn't pushy and was willing to show us everything we wanted to see kudos to him..Mike was extremely patient with me on the walk thru...Allen was great with the paperwork and signing we got off topic but was great talking with him and the lady's at the accessory's I didn't catch their names but they were wonderful and sweet great team thanks to everyone one down there.

  We bought our first Coleman trailer at a Camping Work. We learned a lot about what we liked in a trailer so we decided a different Coleman was a better fit, so I reached out to Camping World near us in Avondale AZ. The sales team was great. Edwin Ruiz put together a great offer for our trade in and his manager Tim was very accommodating. We didn’t have to haggle. Thanks guys. We did our new walkthrough with Steven Valenzuela and he was very knowledgeable and gave great ideas/tips to personalize our new RV. The people in the store were very helpful. We highly recommend Camping World in Avondale -an all around great service centered business. Thanks for the great buying experience!
