  DO NOT GO TO THIS Location . They will mess up your car worse than you brought it in . They can’t even do a simple brake job . Take it to the one on university drive in Tempe . I came in for simple brake job and they ruined my car . I could’ve died . The one on University Drive is amazing service. They try to upsell you on stuff your car doesn’t even need . There really slow too . I’m telling you this for your own safety

  I can not say enough good things about this location. Kacey and his manager have been the sweetest, the most compassionate, understanding people I have ever met. Not only did they try to help with the financial situation I was in, they didn't dehumanize me for said situation or try to take advantage, and instead they made sure I was safe and back on the road as soon as possible. If I could give a million stars I would. Thank you guys again I truly can not say it enough ❤️ you absolutely gained a forever customer.

  I had a great experience at Brakes Plus in Avondale. I initially scheduled an appointment for brake pads and rotors, and when I arrived the following day, I also requested an oil change and asked if they could take a look at my engine mounts. I worked with Robert and Alan, and both were extremely professional, attentive, and friendly throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure everything was handled efficiently. I really appreciated how accommodating they were in adding the additional services on short notice. They were able to complete the brakes, rotors, oil change, and inspect the engine mounts all within the same day, and the pricing was very reasonable. Overall, excellent customer service and quality work. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable and honest auto care.

  We've been to this location a couple times and we've being coming back because we were happy with the price and service. We had to update our number when we went in today to replace a headlight. While we were waiting, a different clerk called "person trans" and our car make and year. I didn't look up because my name isn't person trans, but he got my attention and asked if I had the (my car make and year). Turns out it was mine. Me and the clerk were both confused about the weird name that was put in, but just updated my name in the system. At first I didn't really think about it too much, but leaving the building, I realized it might have been put in as an insult. I'm not really sure how to interpret the situation, so we'll probably go to a different location from now on. Whether or not it was intentional, we just feel awkward going back.
