  Rich was fantastic today in helping me diagnose and replace the battery on my VW. He was patient and kind throughout the entire process, and took the time and steps to make sure that I understood what he was doing and why. He accompanied me outside while I swapped the battery, supplied the tools needed for the job, and was always available in case I needed assistance. I wish more people were like Rich: genuine, kind, easy-going, helpful, friendly, and trustworthy. The world would be a much nicer place to call home if people were like him.

  Thank you so much to Cameron hopefully I spelled your name correctly. You were awesome today very good customer service. Helping me with the battery and making sure my alternator was working good. For taking the time to help me switch the battery and for answering all my naive questions I had. Very helpful! All of your employees should take him by example.

  Cameron was so helpful. He helped direct me to the Exact aisle I needed. As well as he helped me find the perfect car part i needed. The best customer service i will definitely be coming back to this location!
