- BABruce AmesMar 25, 20261.0Wont ever go back to this APACHE JUNTION location... After they flushed my coolant and were supposed to install new coolant I paid them full price and drove away. Next day my car was overheating with indicator on the dash. I popped the hood and learned that they had left a clamping pliers on the overflow reservoir line. I unclamped it and took the wrench back to the manager and complained. He said thanks for returning it and NEVER SAID SORRY. My sister took the car down to Tucson while she was vacationing here last week, and it overheated once again, leaving her sitting on the side of the road for 30 minutes while it cooled down so that she could drive to Tucson Jiffy Lube. The guy said he would be glad to check her levels, but would need to charge her if the radiator needed topping off. She was frustrated and drove off in disgust. She then went to TAKE-5 OIL CHANGE.... they opened the radiator and found dirty brown rustiy fluid. She paid them to reflush the radiator and now its fixed. So I went back to the AJ Mngr and presented my invoices and asked for my money back... he said that he would bump it up to the District Mngr.... as you would expect.... NO RESPONSE.
