I had brought the needed parts for the service to help expedite the service time, but was given the wrong transmission filter I needed... they said no problem, we'll get the correct one delivered shortly, & instead of me waiting around the service area for additional time (which I really didn't mind), they shuttled me back home so I could do other things... they arrived back at my home an hour later with my Connie back up to speed... I have to honestly say it was without a doubt the BEST service experience I have ever encountered for quite some time... the "old school" way Joey & his crew do business, the job done on my vehicle & the customer service I experienced was absolutely top shelf in every respect, & I can tell you this is the ONLY service center my vehicle's will ever go to from this point on.. From my first phone call to the shop, my questions were answered professionally, promptly, and with what I felt was complete honesty. I had my vehicle towed in expecting the repair to take a couple of weeks. Joe and his team did an incredible job completing the work in about a week, providing quality updates throughout the process. They made me feel comfortable that my truck was going to be repaired correctly and with a long-term fix. I’m extremely satisfied with the service and highly recommend Total Automotive and Performance.
- GGGreyOct 29, 20255.0I brought my '96 Tacoma into Total Automotive and Performance with an oil leak, a check engine light, and a hard start issue. Joe gave me a great price and was able to start the work right away. He was straightforward and even though the truck required more labor than initially expected, no work was done without me clearing it first. Being an old car, there are several issues with it and my check engine light came back on. Joe was happy to look at it and recommend the next move forward. I will definitely be taking my truck back to Total Automotive and Performance for any more repairs that I'm unable to do myself.
