I took an opportunity when my American Express card was refused to educate the little fellow on customer service and why they should not alienate clients over 2% of the purchase. Needless to say my pet talk was met with a foul attitude. All this after they failed to stock the most basic of RV needs. Check Google there are sevral Alternatives if you are looking for a friendly and prepared local suppliers of RV parts.
