We purchased our RV in April 2025, and the refrigerator displayed an error code upon delivery. Although the dealership promised it would be fixed before we left, the issue remained unresolved for a year. It was not until I contacted Desert RV Parts & Services LLC that the problem was finally addressed. I cannot thank Loren enough for his help; he truly made the impossible possible. Thanks to his efforts, our refrigerator is working for the first time since we bought the RV.

The previous owner of our RV was an apparent idiot & used a HUGE amount of duct tape to "fix" leaking hoses under our kitchen sink (see pic). The Desert Parts technician solved the problem immediately!! I very much appreciate the prompt, skillful, professional service and highly recommend this company!
