- MSMaria SDec 21, 20254.0I need to preface that the 4 star rating is for this service only. Previously, I’ve only had 5 star ratings for Grease Monkey. On arriving no one was there. Like nobody. Then two fellows came in carrying food. A younger man approached me after a minute. After being the only car waiting. He seemed….annoyed…that I was there, like I was interrupting him in some way, which I’m guessing now was eating his lunch. Usually everyone here is super nice and helpful- which is why I come. I pass three or four other oil change places on my way there. They finished timely and I was charged what was quoted. The level of welcome was not there this time. I’ve brought three cars there for service, one is a diesel and it’s over $500 for a ln oil and fuel filter change. Guess it was a bad day.
