I had a horrible experience on 2 occasions and I would never go back there. They are the only one who has changed my oil. I went to get an oil change and they told me my transmission was over filled after I saw them add something to it. Then when I tried to explain Myself dalvin kept cutting me off and saying we always do everything. If my transmission is over filled they had to do it especially if they the ones that been doing the oil change. I’ve been going for about 5-6 times and they’ve never checked my battery but this time they did everything. I asked why now and they said we always do which if they pulled the cameras for each visit they will see they never did any of this. Be very careful and watch everything. They even saying my oil pan messed up but it never was messed up until they started doing it. This is not the place you should be going to for anything take a man with you and even then be cautious. I also tried reaching out to the manager I was told his name is Joseph but no respond back. I feel they should refund me my money back. I will be reporting them to the BBB
