  Communication is completely lacking. I made an appointment for an alignment check and alignment for 5pm. I arrived at 4:45 just to be told the alignment guy leaves at 4:20. They should have called me and I could have made other arrangements to bring my car in earlier or find another place instead of waiting for me to show up just to say they cant do it. But as im sitting in my car writing this review, the guy does come out and refers me to another place. Hopefully they can get me in simce im going out of town tomorrow.

  I am a 62 years old, my car is making a terrible noise when I turn left. Stopped in 3 hrs before closing to see was wronge and a make appointment to fix. The manager was in the bay watching an employee work on a vehicle. I went inside and then he came in just to say that I would have to just drop off one day and then they could tell me what was wrong. This is not the 1st time they offered no assistance, even when I made appointment online was told 1st come 1st serve. I will never be back.. I hope thier rude non helpful ways catches up with them and the store closes or there's a change in management. If you want Goodyear quality, helpful service go to the one one union!! Professional, and genuine cares .

  Arrived at this Good Year with a flat My roadside assistance brought me here. Lights are on and it doesnt close for another hour. NO WORKERS, NO ONE ANSWERING PHONE. WHAT ON EARTH!

  My daughter and 2 small gchildren broke down traveling from Tulsa to Atlanta. It was 530pm on Fri the manager couldn’t look at it bc it had overheated and had to cool down. She got a motel close by and the manager personally bc 2 of his techs had called in sick went to diagnose. Water pump bad. You would think k owing you were stranded they would dock it to ya but NO he came in with a cheaper price then my mechanic. I want to personally thank you Mr Manager for caring for her pets letting them take over your waiting room and helping them out of a pinch. You deserve more then 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
