As a driver, we spend a lot of money at the pumps, but it seems that we can’t get anyone to clean the shower floor dirty stuff on the floor just half ass cleaning. This is pathetic. I won’t be stopping at this gas station to take a shower anymore.

- JWJody WallberryNov 3, 20251.0My wife and I have been using pilot for over 25 years we stay in weekends in Arkansas majority of the time we eat lunch and dinner here for the last month the food has been straight trash old and stuck to the pan as much as drivers pay for this crap just look at it!!Where the heck is Kenish we followed her from flying j to pilot she took such great care of the food and us drivers she even fed us from her home for thanksgiving last year! Pilot service is going down and prices are getting higher

- MSMarco SaenzOct 15, 20251.0So I just had one of these saddest encounters with one of the managers that run this pilot so I pull up to this pilot early around 4 o’clock drive in and see that next to the store. There are two parking and for others next to it the four Other parking had clearly painted reserved on them and had signs posted so I go park on one of the two parking that didn’t have reserved parking on them didn’t have signs stating that it was a reserve parking so I had security come banging on my door like if she was the big bad wolf one of the rudest ladies I’ve ever met. I have never seen such poor management. I get it that whenever I’m wrong, I’m wrong but this guy as a man can admit that he was terribly wrong for calling the cops on me and getting me removed off the property I have reported this to HR. I did get my case number and I hope pilot really does take care of this manager because how I look at it this is that he knew he was wrong because even after the parking was paid, he decided to proceed with kicking me off the property. The cops gave me an option to pay for parking or to be removed from the property. I’m gonna post pictures and I’m gonna make sure this issue get taken care of by HR!!
