  Arrived at this Good Year with a flat My roadside assistance brought me here. Lights are on and it doesnt close for another hour. NO WORKERS, NO ONE ANSWERING PHONE. WHAT ON EARTH!

  A Lifesaver During a Cross-Country Crisis! I cannot recommend this Goodyear Tire location enough, especially Jeffery and his amazing team! My car started overheating in the middle of a cross-country move, and I was incredibly lucky to pull into their lot. From the moment we arrived, they welcomed me, my kids, and even my pets inside, making a stressful situation so much easier. They went above and beyond, helping us get a hotel for the night while they began to repaired my car. I'm so incredibly thankful for the kindness and exceptional service provided by Jeffery and his team. They truly saved the day!

  My daughter and 2 small gchildren broke down traveling from Tulsa to Atlanta. It was 530pm on Fri the manager couldn’t look at it bc it had overheated and had to cool down. She got a motel close by and the manager personally bc 2 of his techs had called in sick went to diagnose. Water pump bad. You would think k owing you were stranded they would dock it to ya but NO he came in with a cheaper price then my mechanic. I want to personally thank you Mr Manager for caring for her pets letting them take over your waiting room and helping them out of a pinch. You deserve more then 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Should be no stars. Brought car for ac, they said they would see what the problem was. $200 later just needed charged, this was 6/27/23. Brought back on 7/26/23 as it is not cooling again. They said ok could be a leak in the line, no needs compressor and condenser. Out $200 for nothing...... You can see the response I received from " the owner" not. Spoke with Chole @ goodyear customer support, she collected my info and details of the issue and asked me to hold.........when she came back she stated she spoke with the store and Geoffrey, stated he was not at the business that day and my car had not been accessed, Geoffrey is not the AC tech, so I needed to bring my car back so it could be accessed. My statement back was then why do I have an invoice which states "NEEDS A COMPRESSOR AND A CONDENSER..CUSTOMER DECLINED. Chole asked me to hold, when she came back she offered me a full refund for the original work done on my car.
