- WTWade TrothMar 9, 20261.0Pumps, had to go inside to authorize. Food, only pizza at 0445 am. No hot or cold sandwiches. I bet Love's does.

- AAAriFeb 10, 20261.0I usually find the good in all situations, but tonight they got me out of my skin. Most of the parking here has to be paid for; there is one sign on the fence and a security guard that will knock on your window only to let you know you've got to pay and only the parking in the middle is free. Also no bobtail parking available. The lady at the counter had an attitude and was very short and dismissive, not only with me, but with the previous customer as well. They don't show their badge so I asked the incoming shift for her name Keisha wich could be also not her real name as this new shift employee had her name badge cover as well. You must know that customer service is key to run a business successfully and to keep business flowing. After this happened to me I read some of the reviews and it's happened before to other drivers. I only wonder with it's still happening months later and with corporate hasn't gotten involved. We drivers travel the nation and I can tell you that this by far has the worst customer service. So far the only person that took the time to explain the parking situation and was nice about it even after asked twice was the lady security guard.
