    I have a very, very bad experience. The one on Union Ave Memphis TN. I will never, never ever rent a car there. I will be telling my family and friends about my experience.

    My husband was stranded in West Memphis for three days, due to a semi truck breakdown. Reserved a car for him online to get him home, so they refused to give him the car bc he did not have possession of the card used to make the reservation. What is the POINT of allowing online reservations? You could have just charged the card # I gave you, but oh noooo! Enterprise strives to complicate everything. They'll screw you over in times of great need. Shady hucksters. After 3 calls to their main headquarters, my complaints went unresolved, couldn't even be considerate & follow up with me. I wound up driving from NE Ohio to this DUMP to pick him up. It was extremely expensive & stressful. They cater to corporate accounts, where the card is NOT physically needed in that situation to pick up a vehicle. Anyone else just isn't trustworthy.This used to be a good company, My how times have changed. Save yourself the stress, expense, and prejudice & look elsewhere!!

    I have rented from Enterprise numerous times before and will continue to do so. I like the fact that they treat every customer with the same quality service. They have always had the vehicle I’ve wanted to rent.
