  After a lengthy sales pitch where I couldn't get a word in to explain that I'm only in town for a few days and didn't need a membership just a basic wash $18 later, 1 of the men washing didn't even do the side of the car he was stationed to do. All I went for was to remove the bird droppings from my car... He stopped to tie his shoes instead of washing his side!! Missed the bird messes completely!! The automatic scrubbers bent my mirror back and now it's not sitting properly anymore. The rinsing cycle is a joke. Didn't even wash the soap away and the dryers may as well have not been there at all. DO . NOT. WASTE. YOUR. TIME OR MONEY! PATHETIC! I hope this business goes under. Scammers!

  They are really bad about closing hours before the time they have listed. On top of that the last month or so I dont know if the machines aren't working right or what. I go through and the car still has the same bird poop spots as when I went in. They also get confused when changing new vehicles on the membership. They charged my husband 27.00 more to swap membership from his old car to his new one when it should have just took the spot of the car we were removing. Then the next time going through with the new car they charged another 18.00 as a fee to add it to the membership when they claimed a week and a half before thats what the 27 was for. It use to be a good car wash but has really been going downhill the last 5 or 6 months.
