  My vehicle always looks amazing. Usually Eric is the one usually working when I go through and he does a great job prepping my car and is really friendly and professional.

  Asked for receipt from supervisor for monthly service and was told I had to email someone. Later when I asked for a phone number to call, the worked raised his voice and then started yelling. I had to tell him to stop yelling at me. Was then told I was cancelled and to go somewhere else they weren’t washing my car. Asked to speak to the original supervisor I spoke with and had a normal adult conversation. Wild!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!

  Updating my review to the deserved 5 stars. The manager/ owner contacted me promptly and directly this afternoon to apologize for my experience this week and has made it right. Amazing customer service from the top down. All the usual techs are amazing, doing a great job with smiles on! My family will continue to use Take 5! :)
