  I was involved in an accident and took my truck here and dealt with Braxton, my experience with him was fantastic, the work completed was great, especially the communication was above and beyond. Overall a fantastic experience and would recommend them to anyone. They were very quick and efficient and did a magnificent job on my truck.

  I chose Gerber because it was listed as a shop that works directly with my State Farm insurance for a repair after hitting a deer. Shane took a look at my car for a few minutes on my lunch and had the estimate over to me and State Farm shortly thereafter. After dropping off my car a few days later, Shane kept in great communication with me with updates on timing and how things were going. I really appreciated this as often times you have to keep calling a repair shop yourself for updates and have no idea when you'll get your car back. They had my car ready in less than 10 days, and I know it would've been even faster had it not been that they were waiting on an unexpected part to come in. My car looks great and we will use Gerber moving forward for our family!

  Bottom Line: I paid 1700 dollars for repairs and my invoice only reflects that I paid 1200 dollars. They did a bait and switch on invoices. Background and explanation: I went to pick up my truck and was told I needed to pay 1700 dollarsand I did. The representative (Shane), showed me the invoice with the total amount of 1700 dollars. He informed me that my copy of the invoice was inside the envelope. I made a poor assumption the invoice I was shown and the one in the envelope were the same!! Shame on me for not opening the envelope on site. In addition, when I discussed this with my insurance company (USAA), my USAA agent informed me that my account shows that I only paid 1200 dollars instead of the 1700 dollars charged on my credit card, toward repairs. Interesting to say the least. Deceitful at best. I'm very concerned about writing this because they still have my other jeep. Not a reputable or honest organization.
