- JBJeremy ButlerFeb 9, 20251.0Our car was broken into and we needed a body shop and glass place this seemed like a no-brainer. Well apparently the people that do glass are separate. They’re the same company but not. You have to press a certain number to talk to the local place otherwise someone from Texas answers the phone… Super confusing. Anyways, the receptionist didn’t explain that, instead she was super snarky and made me feel like I was crazy. “I have nobody with your name on our schedule and I make ALL the appointments”. I called back because I thought I had the wrong number and the same lady “I told you, you don’t have the right place” and hangs up. Fortunately, the people that answers in Texas explained everything to me. Long story short, this place needs a new receptionist and we ended up going somewhere else.
