The most positive was Johana with Pilot / Flying J. Johana helped us above and beyond her duties. She proved to me that kindness and compassion are not dead in today's world of impersonalness and division. My son and I were stranded on the interstate in the cold. After walking in the dark to a Flying J through the brush, Johana and the rest of the night crew provided help and kindness in a way we were not expecting and have no way to directly repay. Thank you Johana!
