I was greeted by Jasmine, who took great care of me. After a seamless checkout process, she offered to install the battery. After what seemed like just A few short minutes Jasmine had my battery changed. Thank you so much to such a phenomenal employee who went completely out of her way to get me taken care of on a Monday morning. Employees like Jasmine should be recognized by AutoZone in the highest regard. It was an outstanding experience with outstanding customer service that you don’t find at most places anymore.

Purchased the battery, and Jasmine installed the new battery after removing the defective battery. Checked the battery after it was installed. She also installed a kit to help prevent oxidation and deterioration of the battery posts. Jasmine was knowledgeable and professional, answered all of my concerns, and was a great help to me. I have been using Auto Zone for many years and will continue to use them, as long as employees like Jasmine are working there. Great store, great associates.
