I was greeted by Jasmine, who took great care of me. After a seamless checkout process, she offered to install the battery. After what seemed like just A few short minutes Jasmine had my battery changed. Thank you so much to such a phenomenal employee who went completely out of her way to get me taken care of on a Monday morning. Employees like Jasmine should be recognized by AutoZone in the highest regard. It was an outstanding experience with outstanding customer service that you don’t find at most places anymore.
