- TBTristan Bailey4 days ago5.0Came in for an oil change and it turned into Needing a transmission fluid change that was unexpected as well as coolant had 0 in there! As well as new cabin air filter and new windshield wipers! They gave me a $26 off coupon as well as a free top off on the coolant couldn’t thank them enough for being so thorough with everything and helping me out financially wise on things!
- BBB.J. BenchApr 4, 20265.0At approximately 5:30 P.M. on a Saturday evening, I had a tire with a puncture that was rapidly deflating. After calling two other tire repair places that were full, I called Jiffy Lube and the team told me to come even with closing time approaching even when I told them I was five minutes out. Chris assessed my tire and took my truck immediately in to get the tire repaired and back on my way before closing time. He was very thorough and knocked it out the box. The waiting room is very nice and everyone was welcoming while at closing time on the day before Easter. Thanks Chris and Jiffy Lube Team!

Left vehicle unlocked with windows down over night. Stay away! I’ve already contacted you and you’ve made clear you would not make this right with your customer and I was on my own after a $4000 repair. They didn’t reach out to make this right after the review and after the owner response. It’s just to make them look better on reviews.
