  Before I even say what I have to say, I just have to point out, I now understand why this Maverick is the worst rated in ALL of Springdale. I stopped there this morning to buy cigarettes and gas. As I'm standing in line, this cashier named Jennie, we will call her toothless, said she would help me. I asked for my pack of cigarettes, im 42 mind you, and she asked if they were for me. I told her, no their for my dog. She said I was being rude and refuse to sell me cigarettes. I first said whatever, then I decided I wanted to talk to the manager. Come to find out, she was just as worthless for help. I told them the cigarettes were for me because THEY WERE! They still refuse to sell me cigarettes. I will NEVER shop there again and I suggest you don't either. Those employees at that store are nasty and rude. There are too many Mavericks to have to use this store!!!!!!!

  Worst Maverick location in NW Arkansas.. doesn’t matter what day or time of day you go there, the staff is never engaged & always distracted. If you complain about anything they just become rude and combative.. furthermore 9 out of every 10 times I’ve been there the gas pumps fail to print receipts, which forces me to have to interact with the rude lazy staff. Sell back to Kum & Go before you go out of business!

  Kum & Go at this location is a rather decent and clean convenience store. They offer a free Kum & Go rewards card that for every item purchased within store earnes points towards gallons of gasoline. Along with Kum & Go Rewards membership comes discounts on certain items in the store. Gas prices at this location or comparable to other locations throughout the city.
