I was treated horribly by this gray haired, white man who banned me from this location. Why? Because I came in 3 times without buying anything. Mind you, the third time- which I told him- was because I thought I left my phone in the bathroom. The other two times I went in just to use the restroom because I work for DoorDash and have a very short bladder. This location is near my house and I come here very often and have had great rapport with the other staff there. I’ve never had a problem going in as many times as I wanted because it is a public restroom and nowhere does it state I need to buy anything to use the restroom. My cousin came in and asked why he would insinuate that I was suspicious and or thieving when in reality if he’d look at the cameras before speaking to me in that threatening manner, he’d see that I really only just went in to pee. This was atrocious behavior, and I intend to speak to someone higher up about this sort of behavior. The cops were called and they told us they always have problems with that clerk, so why he isn’t fired already is beyond me.

Side door is always locked. Everytime. So i always get back in my car and drive to Casey's. Enter the side door to use restroom. And 90% of the time by something. S but since they lock customers out. I take my money to where they allow all customers in
