They took the time to explain everything clearly and treated me like a person, not just another job. The quality of the work was absolutely incredible! You’d never know my vehicle had been damaged — the repair looks factory-perfect. On top of that, the final bill actually came in lower than the original estimate, which almost never happens these days. It’s hard to find craftsmanship, integrity, and great customer service all in one place, but this shop delivers on all three. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-notch work from people you can trust!

- DCDaniel COct 11, 20251.0After a hail storm we had our vehicle inspected at this location because we use Progressive insurance and their inspection station was here. What a mistake that was. The car repair took months with weekly delays. The staff was off putting at best. This location was happy to take many thousands of dollars from our insurance but returned our vehicle in less than expected condition. The paint looks like orange peel in areas instead of smooth. some of the plastic parts do not fit snug like originally fitted. There were finger stains all over the headliner and other dirty bits. They claimed to have detailed the vehicle before returning it and that was clearly not true. After we picked it up we had to take it to the VW dealership to fix an electrical issue. Despite their delays no courtesy car or paying for the rental fees was offered. After all of the issues there was nothing offered to remedy the lackluster repair. I do not recommend this location and would not bring a vehicle here.
