  Enterprise in Springdale is not recommended unless you live in Arkansas. Out of state and NO credit card NO Rental. Even though My Visa debit could cover rental and deposit. I'm a 55 year old woman and a member of enterprise and never had so much trouble in my life. And I need to leave for funeral. Mad and disappointed

  Unreliable service and unfair damage claim. I reserved a specific car at the Springdale Enterprise on Sunset, walked 2 miles in the heat to get it, and when I arrived they had nothing—just offered me a minivan and refused to give me a ride home (even though their site says “we’ll pick you up”). I had to walk all the way back, lost a full day of a work trip, and finally rented from the Fayetteville location the next day. Weeks later, I was billed for over $6,000 in “hail damage” that supposedly happened during my rental, even though the car was returned early, clean, and undamaged—with witnesses. Enterprise later sent photos from an off-site inspection done days after return and now has a collection agency chasing me for a $500 “deductible.” Take timestamped photos and videos if you ever rent here—or better yet, rent elsewhere.

  Staff was friendly, car selection was not great but my rental got me where I needed to go. However, Clarence, the shuttle driver was awesome! Prompt, safe and courteous, he is also a great conversationalist. That kind man deserves a raise!

  Maddie and Caleb are always here to make you feel comfortable, happy, and to keep a big friendly smile on your face. Everytime I need a vehicle either for a week or for a day, I feel secure knowing they are here to help me every step of the way. They ensure quality and safety to every individual they assist.   This place. Really? Lit down a military veteran told him he could come pick up a vehicle up at 11. He had to leave out by 1 o'clock to go 4 hours. South and Arkansas and they did not have his vehicle. Now they're having him drive one of their rental vehicles to XNA airport in order to pick up the vehicle that he was promised what a sad place. The guy Clarence inside the place needs a new job. Maybe at Burger King somewhere because that's what he was good for setting on his butt. And eating.
