They forgot to replace a cracked washer on my wife's car and oil leaked all over the driveway, then they had the gall to say that was normal. I attempted to go there today to give them a second chance. Before they even got close to an oil change, they wanted all my info to put me in their system. When I finally insisted they give me a price before starting, they only gave synthetic oil options. They said it would cost about $140. I had already said I wanted regular oil. The kid taking the info said he had to check to see if they had "normal" oil. At this point I decided to leave. It's just an oil change, not rocket science.
