I realized realistically it would take a few weeks to repair the damage done so that was no problem. the staff were nice. What I did not expect was very basic information about the extent they were going to to repaint my car for a softball dent on my rear bumper and a broken taillight. I had to find out from the insurance company that they were repainting basically the whole rear of my car and the roof line to match or blend paint on the car. The car is only a couple years old so I could see if it was a 10 year old car but when the exact paint code can be pulled from the door vin sticker I don't really get it. the paint matches but just saying. they also took the liberty to repaint my mat black spoiler that had a small chip and now I have about a dime size bubble spot on top of spoiler instead of a very small chip in the back end. it's something that I did not notice in the sunlight when I picked up the car until I got the car parked back in my shop at home but you would think this would be something they would catch on final inspection. Overall you could say they tried to go above to make the car look good but I definitely notice where stuff was done and blemishes in the paint. Overall it's just ok. Communication and detailed information was horrible thoe.

They did a great job. Only complaint is they originally told us 3 days for the repairs and it took over a week. But the work they did was wonderful.
