Well the Sherwood location does not have the option, however the manager made an exception for us, they allowed us to park overnight and hook up to their power (we were there at closing and left by 7am) Just wow! It was so so nice of them to do this, they didn’t have to! Thank you all so much! That was incredibly kind of you!

Word to the wise...inspect the rv fully prior to purchase. If you don't know how hire someone who does. They do spot inspections. They do not check seals and do not check for leaks.
- TWTommy WebbSep 6, 20255.0We were on a cross country trip in our RV and roughly 1200 miles from home when we developed a severe hydraulic oil leak from one of our stabilization legs. We found we were 15 miles away from Forrest River RV Camping Word and headed that way in a gamble we could get our unit looked at. Our first encounter was with Charles the service advisor to took the time to get us logged in and, get a technician on our issue and assured us they could cover the repairs under warranty. Our Tech was Chris and we cannot say enough about this young man, he was competent, confident t and most importantly positive he could diagnose and correct our leak and get us on our way. Turns out there was a blown o ring in the stabilization leg, Chris got it replaced and verified the effectiveness of the repair in short order. This was at appx 5:00 pm on a Friday and both Charles and Chris made sure we got our problem corrected and on our way. To Charles and Chris our sincere appreciation for taking care of us, to Forrest River RV/Camping World these kind of employees would make us return customers in the future. Again, thanks to all!!
