The salesman and other people o talked to were very friendly but my complaint with with the parts people. I have a couple campers and I figured while I was there I could get some parts to was needinf, I walk up and both people just straight up ignore me, one guy even looks directly at me. I am not begging a business to help me, I'll just make sure to never set food in a Camper World again. At the end of the day they will be just fine but never again will I spend a dollar there

Charles Ham helped us through the selection process and showed us several trailers that fit our needs. When we needed to revisit our top choices, he was patient and informative, which helped us feel comfortable with our decision. The general manager was also very professional and made the paperwork process as efficient as possible, which we appreciated. Overall, it was a positive buying experience, and we would recommend this dealership, especially for first-time buyers.

They rip people off they sell messed up campers to people and the extra warranty you pay for dont help you any they nit pick everything to not fix it and blame you. The parts department is a joke.
