The other 6 months it’s been sitting in a shop because of ongoing issues. That is unacceptable for a $112k RV. Twin Rivers knew about the repeated problems and did absolutely nothing to make it right. No real urgency. No accountability. No serious discussion about swapping it out or buying back what is clearly a lemon. Once they had my money, I was no longer their concern. Spending this kind of money just to fight for basic service is beyond frustrating. If you expect support after the sale, do not buy from Twin Rivers.
- RRRoger RuddJan 29, 20265.0Just bought my second from camping world in Sherwood Arkansas can’t speak for any place else Cindy in sales went above and beyond to get us a new Rockwood that nobody had found one and got it then from there Brett and Jared helped put a deal together after getting camper home realized had a piece missing called them and they got right on it just left with new part I know camping world has some bad reviews but I have nothing but good things to say about this certain store thanks again Cindy Brett and Jared

The salesman and other people we talked to were very friendly but my complaint is with the parts people. I have a couple campers and I figured while I was there I could get some parts to was needing, I walk up and both people just straight up ignore me, one guy even looks directly at me. I am not begging a business to help me, I'll just make sure to never set food in a Camper World again. At the end of the day they will be just fine but never again will I spend a dollar there
