During scheduling my appointment I asked how much and was told 218 (including service charge and brakes) which isn’t terrible. I get there at 8:50 and was told to pull in their slot and so I did. I then proceeded to wait for 4 HOURS IN THE LOBBY. Why even make an appointment at 9 if you’re not even going to start changing my brakes until 12? Quite literally only takes 30 minutes to change them, I know this because I’ve changed my dad’s out this last year and he drives the exact same truck as I do. Well, after it was finally changed, I was then charged 351 which I promptly told the man I was told 218 on the phone so of course, a BS excused was made up on the spot “this is how much we pay for”. No you do not. You do not pay 158 for brakes that only cost 40 and if you did that’s actually stupid. So not only did I wait for an absurd amount of time but was heavily overcharged. No apology on the wait either.
