- SBSanti BravoMar 14, 20261.0I walk-in with ma buddy the employee give us a ugly stare like he want to start sum we ask for the thing we looking for and he said he js mop and to get it and leave we ask him where it is and he just points and we’re like which one and he says “are y’all stupid be do y’all not comprehend?” And he walks away all mad we get what we’re gonna get and we go to pay for it and he starts cussing at as calling racial slurs and idk but it was the most unhelpful customer experience and worst I’ve ever had. The employee he has a ponytail, long haired cross eye, and can’t look in One Direction.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
