As a consequence my SUV started smoking very bad and did not run smooth as normal. Unprofessional service with unskilled trained technicians at this business location. We were given a phone number to corporate office that never answer their phone! Manager recommended to have oil change redone. After oil change was redone I still have some smoke coming out through the muffler pipe of SUV big concern is what damage may have been done internally to my SUV's engine. After all you still charged me for the bad service received. Very Concerned customer! I highly don't recommend this business location to anyone! I urgently need someone to contact me in regards to this unprofessional service given to my SUV at your location This was done on December 26 2025

I'm fashion to call the better business bureau on them.It's not even below freezing today.At thirty eight, nor has it been in the past month when i've tried to go get a car wash.They are always broke down for some reason or another waterline, busted sewer backed up.And it goes on and on and on and today.I can't even get an excuse for the one in russellville.I will be reporting, take five car.Wash, that is theft of somebody's money when you can't furnish.What you say for sale.How do you even sleep at night stealing from people?
