- KHKevin HigginsFeb 21, 20261.0Stopped in around midnight and ask about getting some rest in parking lot and was informed they charge for parking. Keep in mind I drive a sprinter van not a tractor trailer. The girl at counter informed me that she knew what a sprinter van was and that they charge for overnight parking . It doesn't matter if its a box truck, sprinter van, pickup truck , car or minivan. We'll your business just lost a $17 shower purchase, $60 full up and $20 in the morning for snacks and drinks. This is the first Pilot Travel Center that I have come across in the past 9 months that charge you for regular vehicle overnight parking. The other that used to charge have stopped due to Pilot corporate policy. This place ain't nothing but a racketeering business. GO TO THE FLYING J ACROSS THE HIGHWAY , THEY DONT CHARGE FOR OVERNIGHT PARKING AND ARE CONSIDERATE OF THE FACT SOMEONE HAS BEEN DRIVING ALL DAY AND NEEDS SOME OVERNIGHT REST. I will be calling the store manager in the morning and complaining how they treat Professional OTR drivers along with calling Pilot Corporate Offices Monday morning to voice my EXTREME DISPLEASURE IN THIS STORE.
