He was polite, friendly, prompt, and professional. I appreciate his promptness and his professional attitude. I would definitely recommend Hodges!

Other places like to talk down to women but Cody explained things in an easy to understand way without condescension. The cop called as a favor to me, not because it was emergent, but because I wasn't sure what to do having just been in the wreck. Hodges showed up and loaded my car up on the tow truck. After having it all strapped down and ready to go, they tell me they can't take it unless I pay cash. $382. I didn't have that much cash on me. I had a card and he wouldn't take it. They said because the cop called and not me, they have to have cash before they take it. Luckily I had a friend stop to check on me and had cash. We gave the guy $400 and he said he could take it because he didn't have change. We had to go to a nearby restaurant to get change. It was just a big mess. Who would know to call instead of the cop calling and who would have exact change for a tow. When I called them they were not helpful, they were rude and ended up hanging up on me. I should have had them drop my car and called someone else. Horrible service and crappy people

He fixed my issue jumping my car battery and even checked and filled our tires. I highly recommend this company.
