When I went to pick the truck up the person there in Russellville said they didn't have the truck anymore. A salesperson sold the vehicle, yet Enterprise didn't bother to get another truck to honor my reservation. They said they would try to get another truck by 12-2--2025 4pm. I received a call and they stated someone was picking a truck up and would try to be in Russellville by 4. They were not there until 5pm. I tried to pick it up using my debit/credit card and they would not accept. I called Enterprise corporate and they stated as long as I had a valid drivers license, a bill with my name and adress and the card, I could use it. The person in Russellville would not accept my explanation and still would not honor my card. I recommend to anyone renting a vehicle from Enterprise in Russellville, AR. DON'T DO IT. It is not worth the time, trouble or hassel. I told corporate I wanted to file a formal complaint and Kevin said he would pass my complaint along. I can only imagine if he did. I will never rent from Enterprise again. They have lost my business for good. Pamela/Eric Frye
