They overbook and sadly are on a rental car island, with them being only large chain in town that operates with USAA insurance ,so they can do whatever they want and get away with it. They were rude and even told me there was no manager there for me to speak to and they were all just colleagues. If possible i highly recommend anyone planning to use this business to go elsewhere. We found a MUCH better (not large chain) place in town that had same or better rates and were so friendly and helpful. Steer clear of this place for sure!
