He called me and he needed a wheel bearing for a 2015 jeep patriot and I though it was a 2wd and that was the information I gave to Ms. Amber Clemons. Little did I know that when I got to my friends location the vehicle was 4wd. The reception was bad, but I was able to talk to Ms. Amber Clemons again. I explained to her what happened and it was my mistake in giving her the wrong information. But she went to the extreme and made it happen by sending a driver to our location in the woods to swap out the part. I wanna say thank you to Ms. Amber for solving our part problem and getting it done right away. We are new in town and had no idea of where to get our vehicle repaired. We drove to the recommended location and got there just in time. My van shut down. It was the alternator. The company checked other components also. We were able to have our vehicle repaired in 24 hours. All because of a very nice gentlemen.
