Josh, Mike, and Ben came over and with towels removed almost all of it before sending my car through again. They saved my car’s finish and really made my day!

The front was not clean, below both doors was dirty, as well as the hatchback. The manager held up service to call his manager. I was given the $5.00 drive through and will not use them again.

The man assisting me told me their cheapest wash was $18!!! I asked a second time to confirm he was lying to me and he said again that the $18 was the cheapest. I called today and their cheapest wash is actually only $12. Ladies, Zips Car Wash apparently is as bad a mechanics now a days and I will NEVER come back.
