I got it looked at and there are metal shavings in the engine oil and I to this day, Nov 20th 2025 have not gotten any correction nor compensation for the damage to my brand new '98 Toyota, which still had only one previous owner who babied it before I owned it. Do not go here, change your own oil, as I will be doing from now on and Lord be with anybody who puts their trust in this place to take care of your vehicle. Currently still fighting with them on this issue and the only other vehicle I own cannot go on the highway and is ill-suited for daily use.
