The store manager called and spoke with me, but by then I had figured out the issue since it was a couple of days later. Service was good, like usual, but just like the time before the change oil light was not reset after the oil was changed. I did get that fixed by lord google, and it was easy, just wish it had been done when the oil was changed.

(I was already having previous issues.) Long story short, my visit directed me to an auto shop who was able to quickly diagnose the issue with my vehicle and got it road safe again. I had a pin hole in the power steering hard line, that had been fastened with a clamp. I appreciate my Valvoline team greatly, I got exactly the advice I needed.
