- GHG HDec 5, 20255.0Very helpful staff. I arrived from out of state and was having issues with the reserve capacity of the batteries in my RV. One of the managers patiently tested the batteries, identified a low water problem with one of them, corrected it and recharged them while we waited in our RV in the parking lot - all for free. We subseqently ended up replacing the other one. This was above and beyond my expectations for a parts store.
