My father in law took his car here after he was rear ended (he is a disabled elder just to note) to get his vehicle fixed thru insurance and was fixed good but when he received his vehicle back the rear tailgate assist shocks where not working so we called insurance and even called bob Maloney collision where it was fixed to inform them on this issue and they proceeded to tell me that they were blow out when the vehicle came in for repair which is a lie like I said in the beginning both my father inlaw and mother in law are disabled and can not lift heavy things so if there was an issue with this before they would let me know right away so I could get it fixed for them since they cannot physically lift the tailgate because of how heavy it is all in all work was done good but really hate being lied to over something like this they should be ashamed of taking advantage of elderly ppl that can't defend themselves

There were not any Fayetteville places my insurance recommended for my EV, but I’m glad I traveled to Rogers for this place. From the beginning to the end of the repair process, everyone I encountered was very friendly. I got my car back looking better than when I first bought it. They did it all and were done before I anticipated, with all the cameras and sensors hooked back up.

We had to get our sedan fixed as it had a meeting with a deer. Our 9 year old car looks almost brand new!!! Yes it does! Bob Maloney kept in touch with us every step of the process. The entire team is professional and knowledgeable! I’m so glad that we went with them! Their quote was reasonable and fair. Thank you Bob Maloney for a job well done.

Couldn’t have been a better experience. They were so easy to work with and explained everything up front. Enterprise even picked me up there and when my car was done all I had to do was drop it off at the repair shop! How easy is that? AND they guarantee their work for as long as you have your car. 10/10 on points scored by them.

Fixed our hyperextended car door caused by 65MPH wind gust very quickly and popped out a door ding. Very happy with the consultant, shop, and results!

Frequently Asked Questions About Bob Maloney Collision of Rogers

What should I do in case I’m in an accident?

Accident scenes can be very shocking, especially right after the impact occurs. Try to remain calm and do the following: 1. Stop your vehicle. If you drive away, you could be charged with a “hit and run.” 2. If you are blocking traffic in a dangerous place, pull off to the side of the road or into a well-lit parking lot. 3. Contact the authorities. Try to assess the scene if anyone else is hurt. Otherwise, wait for the ambulance and/or police. 4. Turn off your engine and wait for assistance. 5. Be courteous to all parties. 6. If you suspect the other driver may be drunk, do not confront him or her. Tell the police and let them handle the situation. 7. Make sure you are as calm as possible before making any statements or talking to the police. 8. Take photos before you leave the scene. 9. Avoid making statements about responsibility to the other driver, witnesses, police or anyone else. Do not state that you are at fault, even if you think you may have caused the accident. 10. Contact your insurance company once you are calm and have gathered pertinent information. They will likely interview you on the spot and request photos. 11. Acquire a copy of the police report. 12. Call us for assistance with repairs to your vehicle.

What should I do after an accident?

Here are some tips for dealing with the aftermath of an accident. 1. Do not drive your car if it is unsafe. If you can safely drive your vehicle, bring it to us as soon as possible. 2. If you cannot operate your car, truck or SUV, call us and we can tow your vehicle. 3. Remember that you have the right to go to the repair shop of your choice. Your insurance company or the other drivers insurance cannot require you to go to a particular repair shop. 4. Differences in repair estimates are common. It is your vehicle, you deserve the highest quality repairs. Read the fine print and consider carefully before you accept the lowest repair estimate.
