I like that I can gain points from my purchases and after five purchases get a free $20 gift card. The prices are decent and when I need to buy something in store instead of ordering it online because of cost I always go to AutoZone as my first choice. The customer service there is top notch. The return policy is great. They always have what I need in stock. They are very helpful and will go out of their way to help you figure out issues that you're having.
