- LTLovely TAug 28, 20251.0I would strongly caution anyone against using Fleet Tire Points and auto Service in Pottsville AR. I call roadside service to change 2 tires and Jermy dismounted and remounted 2 tires. Due to their carelessness after the installation the same wheels ran off the truck and I loose both wheels, damaging brake drum, suspension air bag, lug studs, tires, nuts and racking up a hefty repair bill for another road side assistance. All this happened because the technician "Jermy" negligence of not tightening wheels properly. I contacted the company immediately for reimbursement of damages sustained and after weeks of attempts they keep lying that manager and owner not in office and was told they'll get back to us which they never did. We made countless efforts to resolve this and I got the run around until in the end getting an extremely rude response from the manager Kenneth Braeutigam stating they're not paying and don't call their office anymore. The work was rushed and the bolts were not tightened properly and when I pointed out the problems, Kenneth, Jermy, Jaycee Caldwell, Justin were dismissive instead of taking accountability for their negligence. Not only did they fail to do the job properly their customer service was extremely unprofessional — more interested in making excuses than making things right. If you value your car, your safety, and your money, I recommend going anywhere else. This shop is careless, untrustworthy, and simply does not stand behind its work.

They were very kind to me & it didn’t take long at all! I was honestly very impressed. I feel that you can’t get a lot of things done for free anymore and I’m just very very very pleased with this place.
