  I am extremely frustrated with how this situation has been handled. I came in for a car wash on [date], during which my vehicle was damaged. A claim was filed at that time, and I was told I would receive an email within 24–48 hours. It has now been over a week, and I have not received a single call or email. I have returned to the location twice to try to resolve this and spoke with the manager, Mr. Ellis, who said he would submit a customer service inquiry. Despite that, I still have not received any follow-up from the fleet service company. The car wash caused significant damage by removing the top part of my car, and there is video footage of the item being handed back to me. I even returned again this past Saturday and inquired about the status of my claim, yet still no response. This level of communication and lack of urgency is completely unacceptable. I need immediate follow-up regarding my claim and a clear resolution to this issue.
