  I wish I could give zero stars. I had a scheduled appointment for pick up at 1:00 pm. After waiting until 1:40, Byron finally comes back from lunch. I told him we had an appointment at 1:00. He said he was at lunch. I told him I had to cancel appointments to accommodate the scheduled appointment with him and he reiterated he was at lunch. I told him he should have let me know that he needed to reschedule the appointment if he couldn’t be there. He said that he did not have to do that. Then he said he would not rent to me and took the next person. I have rarely seen such gross incompetence-Byron was the absolute worst. I asked for his last name and he said “I don’t have to give you my last name” and refused to provide his last name. Save your time and just go to Jonesboro. I will say that the staff at Freeman were top notch-they tried to call Byron several times to see where he was as he was not there for his scheduled appointment but he did not answer the call. Will be filing a formal complaint with Enterprise Corporate office. Thank you to the guys at Freeman for trying to help me out-it is much appreciated.

  Second time we tried Enterprise and both times were not good we reserve a certain car thst they told us they had but ended up with a small compact car that was not comfortable for a 2000k mile car ride

  Absolutely the worst experience ever they did not have our car we wanted then the vehicle we got its horrible think ill go somewhere else from now on

  Don't trust the Call Center. Don't trust anyone. If you really need a car and don't have the resources or opportunity to plan and reserve and check in with a real human- perhaps go to Memphis. The people I spoke with were very nice, but how does that help? If you have the need for a car perhaps go to Memphis. Don't mess around. They will not send a rep, send a car, adjust your rate- no effort to make it right. It's so humiliating how much we pay for such terrible lack of service.
