The brand of brakes i purchased carries a lifetime warranty so once the old brakes was replaced I just had to bring them back for reimbursement. Instead of looking up my membership the kid had to ask his manager if he could reimburse me for the old brakes. Yes, I did get a little upset just because this is my go to place for my car parts and it takes seconds to pull up my information to see there’s a warranty. Being called “BRO” really pissed me off more. I took the brake pads and left. Going to another autozone with no problem was a relief. Just being called “BRO” was disrespectful and the manager was standing a short distance and not saying anything just shows.
