  Went in there their was at least two working no other customers no were and stood there for at least 15min with no one waiting on me so I left, I'm shocked they stay in business

  Purchased rotors and brakes pads at autozone in Paragould. The brand of brakes i purchased carries a lifetime warranty so once the old brakes was replaced I just had to bring them back for reimbursement. Instead of looking up my membership the kid had to ask his manager if he could reimburse me for the old brakes. Yes, I did get a little upset just because this is my go to place for my car parts and it takes seconds to pull up my information to see there’s a warranty. Being called “BRO” really pissed me off more. I took the brake pads and left. Going to another autozone with no problem was a relief. Just being called “BRO” was disrespectful and the manager was standing a short distance and not saying anything just shows.

  Ethan C. Was so helpful. I pulled in and needed some help with some glue and some things to clean my car and he went above and beyond to get me the right items. Great customer service.
