- ANANTONY NDUGO3 days ago4.0The staff inside store 332 N little Rock are very friendly and welcoming. The shower guy was very friendly and loved his job. The only reason of not giving 5 stars is because of the trash out side infront of the fuel island.. Extremely dirty and unhealthy.

- MBMarquis BeanApr 18, 20265.0There is a certain level of cleanliness, professionalism, and service you grow to expect from a Pilot, and that is usually 2.5 stars on average but THIS PILOT, LOVED it! I saw a brother POLISHING the doors, IN THE RAIN at 3:30pm. People acknowledged me every time I came in and were super friendly. They didn't look like workers, they looked like family. People were training on registers and still able to keep the line moving and this place is BUSY! Fuel stations are backed into the street. The men's bathroom was clean both times I went in for my stay and I didn't need to bring my wipes the 2nd time because the toilet paper they stock is the best quality I have ever had at any truck stop! THIS PARTICULAR PILOT, if I lived in Little Rock, I would wanna work here if I wasn't trucking! Salute to this team! 🫡 (No I am not paid lol I just genuinely wanted to voice how much I appreciated the level of care and welcome I observed, in a place you don't expect to find it.)

- SSStoneApr 1, 20261.0I have been driving trucks for over a decade and I never thought to say it, but Pilot has let us down totally. Here we are driving for our USA delivering all of our goods for the consumers of this America. And after our long shift and being tired, we got a fork over damn near $20 a night to park our trucks at a dang truckstop. This is absolutely ridiculous This prime membership is another form of classism when at the end of the day we all a bunch of truck drivers. It’s absolutely ridiculous. In my day if there was a open parking spot, you parked in it. It’s currently 9:30 PM and there’s over 30 open spots but you have to be a prime member to get it which means you gotta pay $20. This is absolutely ridiculous. I can’t believe we regressed to this point in trucking.
