The car wash was fine (as good as anywhere else) but the workers are absolutely AWFUL. I pull up just trying to get a one time basic car wash and they understandably try and upsell me for the monthly membership. After mentioning I don’t live in maumelle and have no reason for a membership for a car wash 20 minutes from home I was asked if I wanted to buy a gift card. Then he had a woman come up and ask me if I wanted to buy a membership and when I said no I just want a basic wash she proceeds to pull out a bunch of cards to show me all of the options of the washes. I (I would’ve backed out at this point but I try to be nice 😂). So I see that their basic car washes are $12 but she says okay and says the screen doesn’t work so she has to put in a code. She makes sure to stand all up in the way where I can’t see any of the screen or what she’s putting in. Then I’m told it’s $18 and the screen clearly says basic plus! Why are you still upselling me at this point like get the hint😭. I just paid the $18 so I could continue on with my day but I will never bring my business to a zips car wash EVER again
