They were laughing and making it fun for themselves and this made me laugh and enjoy my time with them. Great team there.

Invoice noted “NOS” (No Oil Stick at Arrival – no oil on dipstick), but they proceeded without warning or diagnosing the known oil consumption issue. Drove ~5,477 miles after, engine failed with metal shavings and no pressure. Independent inspection confirmed oil starvation damage requiring full replacement per GM docs. Management won’t cover under liability. Avoid for GM engines with potential oil problems.
