  Tara was a delight to work with as Dakota and Darius. Had a few issues with the rv but service team jumped right on everything and got me rolling!

  Camper World is notorious for poor service after the sale. Our camper leaked 3 months after buying it brand new, took it in and conveniently it wasn't covered under warranty. WHAT?? 3 mo old?? Then attempting them to repair it was equally a joke. They kept it 6weeks and hadn't started on it. This also happened to our son who bought one a month after we did. I'm simply saying don't expect them to cover anything under warranty. The service after the sale is subpar to say the least

  The entire store at NLR runs like a well-oiled machine, but to be more specific... When buying a car, you want someone who is knowledgeable, upfront, and motivated to get you behind the wheel (while staying in your budget, of course). I learned the sentiment remains the same when purchasing an RV... this is EXACTLY what you'll get from Cindy Cowlings. Not only is she certified to be able to explain the specific intricacies that come with different models and brands, she also has the experience to be able to tell you which models fit your needs almost immediately and will put in the time required to make sure she finds your perfect unit ASAP. I promise that if Cindy is your agent, then there's not a moment wasted on her end making sure you're ready to go, and walking away with all the knowledge needed for your new purchase. The most pleasant surprise I've had during this entire purchase is that there haven't really been any surprises. Cindy and her crew made sure I knew everything I had to do ahead of time to maintain my new unit and that I had the opportunity to purchase the required products the same day that I left with my new keys. Her communication during (and even after) the sale has been top notch and I could not have been happier with my experience working with her! Personable, helpful, and efficient, Cindy at Camping World should be your go to for any recreational vehicles!

  I walked into Camping World fully prepared to purchase a camper with cash, and I was completely ignored. No greeting, no “hello,” no one asking if we needed help. Employees walked right past us, looked at us, and kept going. After standing around and waiting, it became clear no one was interested in helping us, so we left. It was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. When a customer walks into a dealership especially one ready to buy you expect at least basic customer service. We took our business elsewhere. I would not recommend this location based on the lack of attention and respect shown to potential customers.
