  I’m really grateful because today I was helped by Francesca she was very professional. She was very knowledgeable about what she was doing, and I really appreciated her character and her kindness. I believe she is a great asset to the AutoZone on Camp Robinson.

  THANK YOU TO MISS. FRANCHESCA-FANCY AND MR. TONY. My visit on this day was due to an incomplete return transaction attempt a couple of days prior to my visit on December 4th. I was told on my previous visit that the manager would have to make a decision as to how to handle my transaction but was not on duty and I would need to return the following morning to speak with her for assistance. I perform a majority of non-complex repairs on my vehicles which leads me to frequent this location. Being a business owner myself, it is priority that I give quality products and services. I prefer to support businesses that also stands on that value but unfortunately this location failed to do so until my visit the morning of December 4, 2025. Several past visits have been more negative than positive. I have chosen to walk out of a visit one afternoon due to unprofessional employee behavior to customers and employee's unwillingness to assist. A night visit to Auto Zone showed less than satisfactory customer service and sent me next door to O'Reilly's for a couple of automotive needs. I can go on but I'm writing to shine light on manager Miss Franchesca and the morning shift that was in attendance on December 4, 2025, who displayed a clean environment and grand customer service. My son and I were greeted by multiple employees upon entry of the business. I was acknowledged by two employees ready to assist and Miss. Franchesca was who I made eye contact with so that is who I chose to wait on for assistance in which I am most grateful I did because Miss. Franchesca's presence made it possible for me to desire to visit Auto Zone in the future for my auto repair necessities. Miss. Franchesca presented me with elite professionalism, and thorough listening. Miss. Franchesca also communicated respectfully to me regarding my transaction with supreme knowledge and courtesy. Mr. Tony, who completed the transaction at Miss. Franchesca's request also gave spectacular customer service during our visit. Mr. Tony was sure to communicate to me well the terms of my transaction. It was refreshing to see Mr. Tony noticeably well-groomed and suited nicely in Auto Zone attire and his aroma was exceptionally memorable. Importantly, Mr. Tony did not hesitate to assist with unloading my return as gentlemen do. Mr. Tony's contribution showed the presence of great work morale which also made for a pleasurable experience. Miss. Franchesca and the well-established team that worked together that resolved my ongoing issue will be the reason I return to this location.

  Tyler is the best! Love this location and everyone is so helpful, but Tyler is my hero! He answered all of my questions, explained things so that I could understand what was going on with my car and told me what he would do in my situation. So nice to find someone that takes their job seriously and takes pride in their work. Thanks for the assistance, Tyler!
